About CANI

Czech Air Navigation Institute (CANI) established under the Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic and located in Prague is a modern fully-equipped Air Navigation Services Center with history of providing a range of training services for more than 30 years. CANI specializes in the provision of ATC Training and also provides flight inspection services and ATM consultancy.

CANI offers a full range of ATCO (Air Traffic Control) and ATSEP (Air Traffic Safety Electronic Personnell) training courses including English language courses in full compliance with ICAO and Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 requirements. Additionally, courses are tailored according to clients’ specific needs and local regulations. CANI customers benefit from knowledge transfer and hands-on operation experience coming directly from the ANSP field.

Organisation and execution of ATCO and ATSEP COURSES

The Czech Air Navigation Institute in Prague offers a complete set of training programs including ATCO, ATSEP and English language Training designed to meet even the most demanding needs of its customers. The training provided is in full compliance with the latest European legislation and ICAO standards as well as with the individual national regulations.

Provision of FLIGHT INSPECTION SERVICES

Flight Inspection Unit provides independent flight inspection services designed to meet regulatory requirements and minimize the risk of unsafe operations. Proven in operations around the Czech Republic, CANI Flight Inspection Unit’s expertise and experience in this safety critical area is relied on by airport operators and service providers, airport equipment manufacturers, systems integrators and government regulators. The CANI FIS Unit has a proven track record in flight inspection services and years of experience to back domain knowledge and experience accumulated over years of operation.

The services offered by CANI include:

  • Commissioning check of NAV equipment
  • Periodic flight inspection
  • Engineering flight checks

Provision of CONSULTANCY SERVICES

ATM consultancy services are designed to help customers overcome operational challenges as well as help adopt new technologies and procedures. Customers may benefit from expertise of senior ATM staff, experience and stability of Czech ANS provider.
