YLW Terminal Expansion

Expected Completion: 2026 (Phase 1)

Investment: C$90m ($66m)

The two-phase expansion of the Kelowna International Airport terminal is being undertaken at the southern end of the airport. The first phase of the project will extend the terminal by approximately 5,590m² (60,170ft²) and refurbish 1,200m² of the existing building. The existing roof of the terminal will be replaced as it has reached its end of life.

MLE Expansion

Location: North Malé Atoll, Maldives

Project type: Airport Expansion

Expected Completion: 2025 

Investment: $1bn

The Velena International Airport expansion project includes the development of a new passenger terminal building, a runway, a cargo terminal complex, a fuel farm and a seaplane terminal along with a maintenance, repair and overhaul facility and a new very important person (VIP)/commercially important person (CIP) terminal.

FAR Terminal Expansion 

Location: North Dakota, US

Project type: Expansion and Renovation

Expected Completion: 2028 

Investment: $125m

The terminal expansion project includes two main components – a new east expansion of the terminal and renovation of the existing terminal facilities. A two-storey 81,000ft² expanded concourse with four gates will be added to the existing terminal towards the east to improve circulation, passenger screening and concession access.
