Building Capacity for the Future

This Fall, the future of aviation will be played out in Warsaw at the Global Airport and Passenger Symposium (GAPS). As the Polish capital ambitions to build the largest European airport by 2027, it is the perfect spot to design tomorrow’s passenger experience. From October 15 to October 17, 400+ aviation professionals will convene to discuss the challenges and explore the solutions to handle the fast-growing air traffic.

Shape the future of your industry

With air travel expected to double by 2036, the industry will not be able to handle the growth or evolving customer expectations with the current processes, installations and ways of doing business. Accommodating growth with even bigger airports will be increasingly difficult - if not impossible.

GAPS has been established to examine the processes that touch the passenger journey, on the ground and in the air, and impact related airport processes and operations. The future passenger journey will not be remiss, and delegates will have the chance to collectively shape future solutions through panel discussions, innovation sessions, and partake in the development of the future passenger journey storyline.

Past attendees say it best

"The research and care given to the study of changing passenger service dynamics are unparalleled. The learnings from this conference are invaluable."
"The place to meet and engage with key industry stakeholders. Beyond expectations."
"A good and clear view of where the industry is going, a must for the experts."

High-density seating makes more floor space available while providing up to 50% more seats. There’s more space for commercial traffic and far less congestion at gates.
