Boeing has reached a definitive agreement to sell parts of its Digital Aviation Solutions business to software investment firm Thoma Bravo in a transaction valued at $10.55bn.

Aerospace company Electra.aero (Electra) has received 2,200 pre-orders for its EL9 Ultra Short hybrid-electric aircraft, totalling nearly $9bn.

Indian electric aircraft startup ePlane has announced a deal, valued at over $1bn, to supply 788 air ambulances to International Critical-care Air Transfer Team (ICATT), an air ambulance service provider. ePlane, which aims to commence commercial operations by the second half of 2026, plans an initial annual production of 100 units, reported Reuters.

Menzies Aviation, part of Agility Global, has reached an agreement to acquire G2, a US-based service partner for major airlines, for $305m. Upon completion, Menzies will manage operations at more than 340 airports across 65 countries, supported by a workforce of 65,000 personnel.

US-based alternative asset manager Blackstone has agreed to acquire a 22% stake in UK airport operator AGS Airports from AviAlliance for £235m ($303.5m). AviAlliance will retain a majority 78% stake in AGS following the transaction.
